Towards the end of March 1997, the brothers left Saudi Arabia, despite the fact that there only remained 30 days till the Hajj season was to begin. The brothers went to Pakistan, where they met some of the leading Islamic personalities to discuss the future direction of the movement. At the beginning of April 1997, Hasan went to Turkey to see if he could attract any support for his ideas and objectives. Some of those who had studied with him in Kargharlak, had gone on to continue their studies in Turkey. He held two talks, addressing the migrant Turkestani community including students of knowledge, scholars and key figures in the various Turkestani liberation movements. His call was not readily accepted by those he was addressing who viewed his Islamic inclinations as ‘backwardness’.

In May 1997, Hasan set off from Turkey with a group of Turkestanis to perform the Hajj pilgrimage in Saudi Arabia. At the end of this month, they returned back to Turkey where he held many lectures advising the Turkestani community to put in place an organized structure for educating their children in the way of Islam so in order to maintain this faith with future generations.      After a short period of time in Turkey he travelled to a land of Jihad in Central Asia, where he currently resides with a vast number of migrant Turkestanis who are currently in their stage of preparation.

1. The meaning of the Shahada (There is no Deity worthy of worship but Allah and Prophet Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah).

2. The conditions of the Shahada.

3. The categories of Tawheed (with the oneness of Allah’s Haakimiyyah/ sovereignty being taught from within the category of Uluhiyyah / Oneness of worship)

4. The ten things which nullify a persons faith.

5. The deviant modern ideologies (including democracy, secularism etc.)

6. The knowledge of some of the deviant groups (e.g. shia, murjiah, mutazilah)

7. Understanding of Jihad i.e. linguistic and legalistic (shari’) definitions, the banner of Jihad, who do we fight and why do we fight etc.

8. An abbreviated basic jurisprudence (fiqh) of Jihad.

 A mujahid Turkestani migrant must understand all the Islamic instructions from 1 to 8 and memorize the conditions of the Shahada. When he has done this, then he is allowed to prepare militarily of an undisclosed nature.

 After the military preparation, the brothers are taught a more detailed understanding of the fiqh of Jihad for e.g. the rulings regarding martyrdom operations, money of the disbelievers etc. And also a study of fiqhul waaqi (current affairs).
